I love flying....it makes me dizzy....I haven't flown much in my life but I have always thought, in my dotage, I would take up flying lessons....

Beryl Markham's West With The Night, her 1939 memoir of her time in Africa in the Edwardian era as a child and into her adulthood as an Aviatrix...In 1936 she flew solo across the Atlantic Ocean from London to a crash landing in Newfoundland.
....Such juicy details of her and Amelia.... a topic I'll come back to again and again.....
Vintage? Yes...Fashion was influenced by flying women....how bold of them to Fly! They captured attention then and they surely capture mine now.....
