I recycled a black cashmere sweater for a lovely pair of underwear....
bloomers, pettipants....knickers...
Whatever you like to call them, these are classically quirky...
Trimmed in ruffled white lace, and black fringe...so naughty Victoriana...
and then black and white striped ribbons that tie in a bow.
3 brass buttons march up the side seams....so steampunk!
Stretchy black lace at the waist for more prettiness...
